The Organizing and Scientific Committees of SBE25 Tokyo sincerely congratulate all the award winners for their outstanding contributions to advancing sustainable built environment research and practice. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to every participant for their dedication, creativity, and engagement that made the conference a great success.
The Best Paper Award and Young Scholar Award were evaluated through a double-blind peer review of submitted full papers or extended abstracts by members of the Scientific Committee. During the conference, committee members further assessed the quality of oral presentations and Q&A sessions. The top three submissions with the highest total scores, combining the results of paper review and presentation/Q&A evaluation, were selected as the Best Paper Award winners. Among registered student presenters, the next four highest total scores were selected as the Young Scholar Award winners.
The Best Poster Award was determined by participant voting during the conference, with the three posters receiving the highest number of votes being selected.
